Valentine’s Day Gift Basket for Mama Friends

Before we can get on with the business of making all these amazing baskets for our mama friends, we need to grab supplies! Fortunately that part is easy because if you’re anything like me you’re at Walmart 27 times a week any way!

I grabbed these DOVE® Heart Tins and MARS Valentine’s Day CELEBRATIONS® Bottles (and some for myself too!) which were easy to spot in their seasonal treats section of the food department!

Also be sure to get a basket large enough to hold everything, some red and white crinkle paper, cellophane and ribbon (optional), and a card for each friend!

Pulling it all Together

Now that you have everything, you just need to assembly it, which is crazy easy!

1. Put the crinkle paper in the base of the basket. I ended up using about 2 good handfuls of each color per basket.

2. Place the goodies in the basket!

3. Optional: Wrap in cellophane and tie with a ribbon. For this basket I found that about 4 feet of cellophane worked perfectly to cover everything without leaving too much on top to flop all over the place!

The whole things takes less than 5 minutes (including writing the card!) and makes for an adorable Valentine’s Day gift for mom friends!

Now all that’s left to do is to put on your best cupid costume (just kidding) and delivery these beautiful baskets to all the lovely mamas in your life!
